Actually instruments show the brain signaling one's decision 7 seconds before you consciously make it so it appears that you are not making the decision. What it appears to be based on within the new understandings is the programmed choice. In other words your choice is mostly based on your prior programming. Hopefully you are the one that did the programming and not someone with an ulterior motive that did not necessarily have your best interests in heart.

The question one must ask oneself is not why did you do that, but rather why did you program that? Or was it even your programming? Others will try to program you, just delete it.

At the point you think you make the decision is the point where you read the value (response) that was calculated.

Our father the billions years old intelligence left some clues for us to find when we or some reached a certain level of maturity including how to leave the nest and advanced energy processing... it is like one doesn't give a child a BB gun until they reach a level of maturity and wisdom. I am certain that human civilization will get that technology when is demonstrated a level of maturity and wisdom and when the proper shared control is in place.
